Meet Jess & Jessica Bousa

For us, family is at the center of everything we do.

We’re Jess and Jessica Bousa, a husband and wife team with a shared love for family, real estate, travel, and helping others. Over the years, those passions have come together in a way that feels natural to us: helping families find a place to call home and giving them affordable opportunities to get away, reconnect, and make memories together.

We believe a home is about so much more than four walls and a roof. It’s where life happens. It’s where kids grow up, holidays are celebrated, traditions are created, and ordinary days turn into memories you’ll carry with you for years. Whether we’re helping someone find their next home by providing a quality rental, we want families to feel comfortable, cared for, and at home.

Travel is also a big part of our story. We love getting away, exploring new places, experiencing new things, and most importantly, spending that time together as a family. That love of travel is what inspired much of our passion for vacation rentals. We know a family getaway doesn’t need to be extravagant or unaffordable to be special. Sometimes you simply need a comfortable place to stay, time away from the everyday routine, and the people you love beside you.

That’s why our vacation properties are about more than providing somewhere to sleep. We want to help make travel accessible, comfortable, and affordable, so other families have the opportunity to experience new places and create their own memories.

At the end of the day, what we do isn’t really about properties, it’s about people and the lives lived inside those properties. It’s helping someone find the home where their next chapter will begin. It’s giving a couple a place to escape for a weekend or a family somewhere to spend a much-needed vacation together.
