Very clean property with plenty of amenities, and the owner was very nice! There was some kind of leak coming from our room to the room below us despite us not having used the bathtub yet, and the owner was quick to figure out the problem and take care of it. He also gave us recommendations on places to eat!

We recently stay at this condo. Great location to the beach. Everything was as stated as the reviews and pics. The owner Jess was great, communication was outstanding during check in and check out. Jess even recommended restaurants and would call the owner of the restaurant if we were going to go. If we stay in Rehoboth Beach we would rebook immediately.Thank you Jess, great family vacation.

Nice clean condo with wonderful gated community. Easy access to Lewes and Rehoboth. Stayed for a long weekend with my family of 4. Would definitely recommend for those who don’t like being in the mess of things.
